Retention and Graduation Rates of Student-Participants:

EKU learners who enroll in the NOVA program consistently achieve higher academic goals than students from the same academic profile who do not enroll in the NOVA project. A longitudinal study of NOVA learners who entered EKU and the NOVA program between 1990 and 2000 earned degrees at EKU at a statistically significant higher rate over the control population.
