EKU Library Resources :

  • JSTOR Arts & Sciences Collection - http://www.jstor.org/browse - This scholarly journal archive opens up historical literature for approximately 370 core and society published journals in economics, history, education, political science, and sociology, as well as in other key fields in the humanities and social sciences. The archive has a five year moving wall, allowing users to see the full text volumes that are five years old and beyond.
  • NetLibrary - www.netlibrary.com - EKU has begun purchasing electronic books! This is helpful to all faculty and students, but especially needed for our extended campus and online students. All books can be directly linked into online course pages.
  • NewsBank - www.infoweb.newsbank.com - This high-powered database searches local and world newspapers. We have an added feature that allows on-campus access to today's issue of the New York Times and the Lexington Herald Leader
http://ns01.newsbank.com/newsstand/servlet/com.newsstand.eEM.client.Main?authId=4196. The digital scan allows you to see the papers as you would in print - take a look!
  • PsychArticles - http://search.epnet.com/login.asp?profile=web&defaultdb=pdh - The database contains more than 45,000 full text articles from 57 journals - 46 published by the American Psychological Association (APA) and 11 from allied organizations.
  • Westlaw Campus - http://www.westlaw.com/signon/default.wl?rs=IMP1.0&vr=2.0&sp=000097305%2D2000 - Westlaw provides an easy-to-use online source for news, law-related, and business information. Law-related content includes legal encyclopedias, law reviews and journals, federal and state statutes, regulations and court decisions.
